The foundation of NextGate comes from a 5-year legacy in the education admission sector. The journey began under RJSR Group, founded by its Chairman & Managing Director, who has played key roles across multiple businesses and service sectors.
With more than 5 years of experience in college admissions and institutional connections, the founder has successfully supported 170+ students in securing college admissions across various institutions and courses. He is also the Founder & Managing Director of ESA Elevators Private Limited, bringing entrepreneurial experience and business leadership into the NextGate ecosystem.
Before NextGate, the admission services operated under the name RJSR Edu Consultancy. With the growing need for structured, transparent and student-focused admission guidance, the vision evolved into NextGate—a dedicated platform designed to make the admission journey simpler and more effective.

The leadership structure includes an Executive Director and Associate Director, who work closely with the founders to manage operations, student services, institutional relationships, counselling, and overall business development.
From its early incubation stage, the team has focused on building strong college connections, student relationships, admission support systems, counselling capabilities, and service processes.
